How we handle your photos and data

ViewRL lets you upload property photos, optionally add details about the listing, pay for processing, and receive enhanced photos back. We collect only the information needed to deliver that service.

• Submission details you enter (name, email, phone, property address, property type, photo count, and any highlights you choose to share).
• The photos you upload for processing.
• Payment metadata returned by our payment processor (such as the checkout session ID and amount). We do not see or store your full card number.
• Basic email delivery records (status of confirmation emails we send you) so we can troubleshoot delivery issues.

• Uploaded photos are stored in a private bucket. Direct client access is blocked at the storage layer — only our server-side code can read them to deliver your order.
• Submission and coupon records are protected by row-level access rules that deny direct access from the public app; reads and writes go through server-side code we control.
• Connections to ViewRL are served over HTTPS, and credentials for third-party services are kept as server-side secrets.

Payments are processed by Stripe. Card details are entered directly on Stripe's hosted checkout and never touch ViewRL servers. We receive only the confirmation that a payment succeeded along with the associated order ID.

Order confirmation emails are sent from notify.viewrl.com. Replies route to our support inbox. We send order- and account-related messages only — no marketing emails are sent from this address.

• Lovable Cloud — hosting, database, file storage, and email delivery.

Each provider processes data on our behalf to deliver the service.

• You can unsubscribe from non-essential emails using the link in any email footer, or by visiting /unsubscribe.
• To request a copy of your submission data or its deletion, contact us at the address below.
